Supported Employment Enclave

What is Supported Employment Enclave? Supported Employment Enclave is a group of individual consumers working together for one specific business cause. Examples include; providing lawn care, light assembly to a local manufacturer, working in a community job, etc.

We want consumers to enjoy the rewarding benefits of employment if they choose to. Working in an enclave will provide the following benefits:

We will provide a Job Supervisor to work with the consumer. Our involvement ensures the job is being completed and the consumers are learning the required skills. Working in an enclave can be very rewarding and exciting. We are developing several projects in the community and we are looking for others.
